Time and Labor

Turn around time for most Macs is a couple days. We try to keep common parts in stock; however, there are special circumstances where we need to order a part, which takes longer. We have a labor rate of $110. In most cases, this covers all of our labor going into your Mac. Labor has already been included in the above prices.

Warranty

For most repairs, we offer a standard 90 day warranty. When you purchase a hard drive upgrade, we warrant parts and labor for 1 year. RAM upgrades are warranted for life.
